Class Description:

Our mission as a church to "Meet people where they are and love them to where Christ wants them to be."

While this is the mission we have all been tasked to accomplish, we all need to understand our role and function in the mission. The purpose of this class is to help you better understand why God created you the way that he did. In fact, as you will soon learn, who you are as a person is by intentional design, so that you can accomplish an important mission that is uniquely suited to you.

This class will address four key ministry-relevant issues:

1.Your Divine Design/Personality

2.Your Leadership Style

3.Your Spiritual Giftedness

4.How to Fit on a Team

God has chosen us from before we were born for a place in His story utilizing our unique ministry temperament. Our ministry temperament is our unique style of service to our God and to one another. We all have a way of processing information, interacting with others, making decisions and relating to the world around us.
